The /crystal virtual directory must be mapped to the Crystal Enterprise web content directory on the web server machine. So, when a user requests a Crystal Enterprise web page, the HTML file and any associated images can be served up from the actual directory on the web server machine.
On a Windows web server, the default web content directory path is C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Web Content; on a UNIX web server, it is /crystal_root/webcontent.
