To change the settings of an object and its instances, in the Crystal Management Console (CMC), go to the Objects management area and then select an object by clicking its link, which is located in the Object Title column. Once you have selected your object, click the appropriate tab to change the object and instances settings.
Tip: You can also manage an object by going to the Folders management area in the CMC, selecting a folder (and any subfolders) by clicking the appropriate link(s), and selecting the object that is located under the Object Title column.
