Folders

Folders are imported, whether or not they exist already in Crystal Enterprise. To ensure that existing folders are not overwritten, make sure you choose the "Automatically rename top-level folders that match top-level folders on the destination system" option in the "Please choose an import scenario" dialog box. When this option is selected, the Crystal Import Wizard appends a number to the end of any duplicated folder names to indicate the number of copies. For example, if you import a folder called Sales Reports, when a folder called Sales Reports already exists in Crystal Enterprise, then the imported folder is added to Crystal Enterprise with the name Sales Reports(2).
