Crystal Management Console

The Crystal Management Console (CMC) allows you to perform user management tasks such as setting up authentication and adding users and groups. It also allows you to publish, organize, and set security levels for all of your Crystal Enterprise content. Additionally, the CMC enables you to manage servers and create server groups. Because the CMC is a web-based application, you can perform all of these administrative tasks remotely. For more information, see Working with the Crystal Management Console.

The CMC also serves as a demonstration of the ways in which you can use the administrative objects and libraries in the Crystal Enterprise SDK to create custom web applications for administering Crystal Enterprise. For more information, see the developer documentation available on your product CD.
